ORDER TERMS & REFUND POLICY
All cupcakes made by Blooming Kupcakes are subject to the following terms and conditions and will be deemed that they have been read, understood, and accepted.
PRICES
All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your exact design and the size of your cupcake order.
Following an inquiry, a quote is valid for 14 days. I cannot guarantee an order and time slot until a deposit has been paid. If more than 24 hours have elapsed since the quote, please check availability before you place your order so you are not disappointed.
INGREDIENTS AND SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
All my ingredients are of the highest quality and freshly prepared without the use of any preservatives. Product ingredients can include eggs, flour, cocoa, sugar, milk, and butter. Note: if a color other than cream is requested, the buttercream will have food color additives.
Please be aware that I do not use nuts in my ingredients. However, they are still used in my kitchen, so I cannot guarantee that any of my cupcakes are completely nut free.
NON-EDIBLE ITEMS
Some cupcakes or bouquets may contain inedible items such as floral piping wire, small ribbons, plastic and/or wooden decorations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that these items are removed before consumption.
BEST BEFORE DATE / STORAGE CONDITIONS
My cupcakes are made entirely of natural ingredients, so they do not have the extended shelf life of most supermarket cupcakes, which contain additives and preservatives to ensure their prolonged shelf life. It is recommended that the cupcakes are best eaten on the day of collection/delivery or the following day.
Your cupcakes need to be kept at room temperature in a cool, dry room. Blooming Kupcakes will not be held liable if items are not consumed during the recommended time frame or are stored in an incorrect manner. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the storage conditions are adhered to.
Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
NOTICE FOR ORDERS
To avoid disappointment, please give as much notice as possible for your order. However, I will accept short-notice orders subject to availability.
Each cupcake is hand-piped individually by hand, so although every effort is made to ensure consistency, small variations may occur in color and/or from the design requested.
DEPOSITS AND BALANCE
All orders are to be paid in full to secure your chosen date.
For large orders over 5 dozen, a non-refundable 50% deposit (total value of the cupcakes & full delivery price) is required to secure your order and chosen date and time.
Once an order has been placed, your deposit needs to be paid within 24 hours. If not, I reserve the right to cancel your order.
Blooming Kupcakes retains the right to cancel the booking in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as fire or ill health, during which I will refund any money taken in full.
The deposit on the placement of your cupcake order will be deducted from the total value of your order. Payment will be due 72 hours prior to the collection/delivery date. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any changes in design, date, and collection time are at the discretion of Blooming Kupcakes and may not always be possible.
PROMOTION
On occasion, we will photograph our cupcakes and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
DONATIONS REQUEST POLICY
We are happy to be part of this amazing community here in Sumner County! It’s also our pleasure to help charitable organizations whenever we can. Due to the overwhelming number of donation requests we receive on a weekly basis, we ask that all requests be submitted via email to info@bloomingkupcakes.com. Please include a letter explaining what charity you represent, what the cupcakes will be used for, and your non-profit tax ID number. We will do what we can to give back to our community, but please understand that we are unable to fulfill ALL requests.
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
Cupcakes can only be collected from my residence at a prearranged date and time. The collection address for all orders is in Gallatin, Tennessee, and the full address will be sent to you upon receipt of payment for your booking.
If you or your representative elect to pick up and set up the cupcakes, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cupcakes once it leaves our possession.
Cupcakes will only be considered for delivery, subject to availability and for a fee. Delivery charge is dependent on time and distance to the venue. It is your duty to examine the cupcakes upon collection/delivery to ensure that the order is complete and that the goods have not been damaged in transit. You are required to enter full and accurate details for delivery including name, address, and zip code. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.
If there is no one there to receive the cupcake delivery at the agreed delivery date and time, then it will be deemed a ‘Failed Delivery’. The items will be returned to Blooming Kupcakes, and you will be responsible for collecting the items from my residence in Gallatin, TN. I am unable to refund the order cost or delivery charges for failed deliveries.
RETURNS
Refunds or exchanges will only be given if you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality.
If you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your cakes, you must contact us within 24hrs, to allow me to rectify the problem. Refunds or replacements will not be given without the return of the product.
*Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
